Founder & CEO
Stephen Campbell launched Howdy Appraisal LLC in 2025 after co-owning Arnold & Campbell Appraisal Group since 2019. A Certified Real Estate Appraiser in Texas since 2015, Stephen brings over a decade of trusted experience in residential and land valuation.
Each year, Stephen conducts approximately 350 appraisals for clients such as mortgage lenders, banks, municipalities, developers, attorneys, and private individuals. His reports support everything from loan underwriting and estate planning to tax protests and market analysis.
Born and raised in San Antonio, Stephen is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University (Class of 2013) and remains deeply connected to the local real estate landscape.
